Stock Market, Real Estate Market Ups and Downs, Dad In The Hospital, Family House Fire & Lots of Closings in 2022… This Is life

It’s been one Hell of a year for all of us. Each year in December I like to reflect on the year—what happened. I like to remind myself of the challenges overcome, the windfalls of the year, but most importantly, I like to think about the people who have impacted my life.

First, I can’t thank you enough. I’m grateful for each and every one of the clients I worked with this year & in the past.  I am grateful to have been a part of your journey & you were actually a part of mine too.  

If you work with me this year, you didn’t know this, but you helped provide for my parents too.  My parents as many of you know had a house fire & lost all of their “Things”, “Stuff’.   They didn’t lose their Faith, in fact, it became stronger.  They have found a new home & it will be delivered next month in January.  I can’t wait to post a few pictures & I’m so excited for them to get settled & enjoy a new year in a new home. I was also blessed to close Over $11,000,000.00 in real estate transactions in 2022. I have 3 closings still in December. I know that this success is bigger than me. It comes from the relationships I’ve made in the past 37 years. It comes from knowing people like you and genuinely caring. Caring about your family, what you want, and about what’s going on in your life.

Life isn’t always fair, but when you are surrounded by great people & great clients you can’t help but feel grateful!

I’m especially grateful for what’s coming in 2023. Because of people like you, I already have 9 pending sales for 2023.

I want to take a minute to wish you the very best in 2023.
