Listed & Sold Another Past Client’s House + Guest House, $45,000 Over Asking Price

It’s always an honor to have a past client call me & ask me to sell a property for them.  Knowing the property I explained to the sellers, let’s price it right & the home will sell for a higher price.  The sellers agreed, and I told them we could also sell “as is” since it’s a seller’s market.

So I listed this cute 2br/1bath house with a detached guest suite on the market for $329,900.  The guest suite could bring in some income from Airbnb.  Both the house & guest suite could be income property for the right investor.  I knew this property would sell over asking.  I ended up receiving 14 offers!  We sold the home for $375,000 the appraisal came in at $367,000 so the buyers were only paying a little bit more.
