I just listed a past client’s rental property in South Tampa. The home is listed for $329,900, but will likely sell well over asking.

The property is two bedrooms, one bath with a small 384 sq ft guest apartment with 1 full bath, closet, & an area to build out a kitchenette.

This would make a great AirBnB or mother-in-law suite.

Because of the uniqueness of this property, the amazing location, and the crazy Tampa housing market, I had over 35 showings in less than 24 hours!

One of my prospective buyers is active duty military. They were driving by the property and gave me a call. Because I never want to miss an opportunity for my sellers, I dropped what I was doing and showed the home. I even helped the buyer write up an aggressive offer.

But there were 35 showings keeping me busy.

Next, I had a buyer call me from the Philippines. He owned several properties in Sarasota and wanted to see the home via FaceTime.

Again, I never want my sellers to miss an opportunity for the best offer, so I set up my phone in the house and walked him through the house virtually!
