So I showed this very neat & clean home, owned by a military seller. The home was listed for sale at $369,900 & my buyers, a family with 2 small children, wanted to make an offer. There were other buyers looking at the home at the same time we were there. Typical, for this seller’s market.

The home appraised for $375,000 and the buyers covered the difference. We knew this was a possibility and were prepared with a financial strategy to cover any differences.
