“I just adore Kevin.....here's why. My cousins moved from Hollywood, FL over to the Tampa Bay Area and I wanted to follow them as soon as I could.
They found their dream home through Kevin and he made it so easy for them to go through the entire buying process. My drawback was that I was still working and I could not leave Hollywood to go on a home hunt in Tampa. My cousins put me in touch with Kevin and I told him specifically what I was looking for (and what I was not looking for.)
He understood almost intuitively.
With the properties I found interesting and within my price range, Kevin went to check them all out and was very honest about the pros and cons and pointed them out to me as we face-timed at each property on my list. He succeeded, and within a matter of a few weeks, I had left Hollywood, and took possession of my new Condo in Tampa. I could not have done it so quickly and effortlessly without Kevin's help. Kevin is a first-rate Real Estate Agent (and I know this from experience as I had held a RE License in NYC) and what's more, he acts like a member of the family doing what is best for you as his first objective and puts his commission objectives second. That is the true characteristic of a seasoned and professional real estate agent who really cares about his client's needs.
