4)  The more amenities, the better.  Hot tub, wine frig, bicycles, free weights, prop frame for selfies, fire pit, grill, veggie/herb garden, board games, a few movies, corn hole,  & e-scooters!  A nice touch would be some fresh flowers, maybe a welcome message in a basket with a bottle of wine.  Coffee maker, some coffee & tea, are a must.

• Beach house

• Duplex 

• Charming Bungalows

What Vacationers Want:

• Customers want walkability to cafes

• Close coffee houses

• Good outdoor pubs

• Nearby shopping

Vacationers are looking for convenience and attractions, so pay attention to the neighborhood.
