Having over 38 years of Real Estate experience, I service the entire Tampa Bay Area, specializing in Odessa, Lutz, St. Petersburg, The Beaches, Clearwater, Dunedin, Palm Harbor, Safety Harbor, Countryside, & South Tampa/ Hyde Park.

In over 40 years, I have moved 15 times within Tampa Bay & lived 2 years in New York City. My family still lives in Fort Wayne, Indiana and Savannah, Ga. I am a true Southern Gentleman who knows how to look after every step of the home buying and selling process. Tampa Bay is my home and I want to help you with yours. In addition to real estate, I enjoy biking, I’m a foodie, love working out at the gym & traveling to Europe. I enjoy speed and sports cars are always fun and have owned over 20 sports cars. Loved having been on the Autobahn in Germany in my brand BMW 6 Series. To tame my wild side I collect coins and enjoy a good book. As a Realtor, I have licenses in Florida and New York.
