The Real Estate Market In Tampa Is Still Going Strong

Yes buyers are more cautious & the government raised the interest rate last week. However, mortgage rates have stayed pretty consistent for the last 90 days and inventory levels are at a 2 months supply. For the market to shift from a seller's market to a balanced market, we would need to see inventory climb to a 5 months supply!

  6. 308 N Albany Ave (tear down build 2 townhomes or renovate) Now $399,900  Currently a few offers have been submitted.
