Reflecting on a Remarkable Year

As I look back on this incredible year, I can’t help but feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude and pride. This marks the second time I’ve achieved the #1 spot out of 8 offices and 550 Realtors at Century 21 Beggins. Beyond that, I ranked 14th in the entire state of Florida and an astounding 174th in the nation for Century 21 real estate sales. These milestones are deeply humbling, and they reflect not just my hard work but also the amazing support I’ve had along the way.

It’s Really About My Amazing Clients

Sometimes, I feel like an imposter accepting these awards because the truth is, it’s my clients who deserve the credit. They’re the ones who keep me going—returning to me when they need help, referring me to friends and family, and introducing me to investors. They’re the ones who trusted me throughout the year and thought of me when it mattered most. Without their loyalty and confidence, none of this would be possible.

Success Is a Team Effort in Real Estate

While I’m honored to celebrate this success, I know I’m just one piece of the puzzle. Closing a sale is a process, and it takes a team to make it happen. From the lenders who help buyers secure financing to the loan processors and title companies who ensure every detail is perfect, it’s a collaborative effort. Let’s not forget the photographers, drone videographers, office staff, marketing team, inspectors, and appraisers.

Equally important is the other Realtor involved in every transaction. In most sales, there’s both a buying agent and a selling agent, and I deeply appreciate the professionalism and dedication they bring to the table. I like to joke that I’m the “Realtor’s Realtor” because even other Realtors trust me when they need a partner or expert. It’s a privilege to work alongside such talented individuals, who share the same commitment to ensuring a smooth, successful transaction for our clients.

To say “I did it” wouldn’t be accurate—we did it. Together, we ranked #1 locally, #14 in Florida, and #147 in the nation.
