Last year, I had the absolute pleasure of meeting a military couple from Wash, D.C.  They were transferring to Tampa and looking for their next home.  They happen to call me regarding a new construction 9 townhome development that I was involved in. After a phone call, they came to the office. We checked out the neighborhood and the town house. Eventually, They decided to buy one of the 9 units.

But as time went by the couple decided they probably needed something different. Now, get ready for the happy ending:  After we were in 2 different multiple bidding wars, we found a brand new home!  With joyous hearts and smiles on their faces, our military couple finally closed on their brand new 2 story home.
