Closed Sales: A slight decline of 3.0% compared to last year.
Median Sale Price: A stable $435,000, showing only a minor decrease of 0.8%.
Inventory: A significant increase of 61.5%, suggesting a shift towards a buyer's market.
Months Supply of Inventory: Increased to 3.3 months, up by 83.3%.
